Food is great, Chicken chop was juicy and well done. Special Achar (Pineapple Pickles), wide salad bar option. Ridhwan who served us was warm, energetic and friendly. This was my 2nd time here and will come back again!

Tried XW Western Grill and was pleasantly surprised by the decent variety in their buffet spread. There’s a good amount of choices for a western-style buffet, so you’ll be able to find something you like, whether it’s meats, sides, or lighter options. One thing I appreciated was how frequently the staff restocked the food, especially during peak periods. You don’t have to worry too much about empty trays, and the food generally stays fresh. That said, because it gets quite popular during busy hours, you may end up waiting longer before being able to enter the restaurant. Overall, a solid option if you’re craving western buffet food. Good variety, attentive staff, just be prepared for a possible wait during peak times. 🍖🍽️

Underrated restaurant. Love the All-You-Can-Eat Salad Bar! Buy any mains and you get to salad bar buffet. The fish and chips is really one of the best I have had better than some other more established halal western restaurants. The pricing for the mains are also reasonable. We love the pasta, the onion rings and sweet potato fries. Some outlets also have the stir fried mala broccoli and carrots which my husband loves. Really awesome taste at reasonable price. Wish we had known this restaurant earlier :)

Food's pretty average, salad bar is good, I like the onion rings and the spinach, but some of the onion rings and sweet potato fries are a little soggy. Place is clean, staff are friendly. Pretty worth the price with the free flow salad bar.

The staff at the JEM outlet were very polite and efficient. Despite it being peak hour, they did their best to accommodate my family’s needs during our visit. The food was excellent—everything from the salad bar to the mains was well-prepared, and the outlet ensured the dishes were served hot, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Compared to other Western dining places we’ve visited, the portions here are generous, reasonably priced, and well worth it. I would also like to specifically commend sharzeen and monique for their attentive service. They checked in on us regularly during our meal and ensured that everything was up to standard. Highly recommended.
