Staff Zen was extremely courteous and professional! Had a really great experience here as the food was high quality, especially the beef cuts which were super tender and flavourful. Everything was well prepared and came out quickly. Big shoutout to Staff Zen, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and made the whole meal feel more personal. It’s rare to meet staff who are so genuine and thoughtful, and he made a good place even better. Definitely coming back. Great service, great food.
Yakiniku-GO @ JEM is a great spot for casual yakiniku at a very reasonable price. The meat quality is good for the price point, and the ordering system is simple and efficient. What really stands out is the open bar concept – unlimited salad, soup, and dessert, which makes the whole experience feel very complete and satisfying. It’s perfect if you want a balanced meal and not just grilled meat. Overall, a super concept, great value for money, and an easy choice for a relaxed meal with family or friends. Would definitely come back 👍
We decided to meet up with Hazel and have lunch at Yakiniku-GO @ JEM. At first, I thought the place would be expensive, but after checking the menu, the prices were actually quite reasonable and the food turned out to be really good! I ordered the Karubi and Chicken Set with Curry Soup, and while I didn’t catch exactly what my wife and Hazel ordered, we all had a great time enjoying our meals. What I appreciated the most was the free dessert you can go to the dessert counter and make your own yogurt ice cream, with a variety of toppings to choose from. Such a nice touch to end the meal! 🍦✨
31/8/2025: Wanted to send compliments to Aravin for his warm hospitality and swift service. We were impressed and as usual we had an enjoyable lunch! Another visit during lunch hour on Labour Day holiday, staff was severely short handed, they were still polite, friendly, having good service despite their challenges. They deserve praise and more help! Food is as yummy and satisfying as usual! Cherrie was warm and friendly, professional and swift in her service. Food was tasty and satisfying. We were seated comfortably and served quickly as well. They were a little short handed on a Sunday lunch time as it was full house so it took some time to get attention but when they do notice, they are warm to assist. Thank you!
This is for their zuwaikani add on that came about in November. With any set meal, you can add on 300g of snow crab to your already abundance of meat. Sometime during this year, this particular branch of Yakiniku GO introduced a side dish all you can eat bar. You help yourselves to their soup, salad, kimchi and frozen yogurt. My conversation with the manager revealed that they are testing out the response before they roll out to more outlets. Hurray for westies I guess? The zuwaikani promotion was temporarily halted initially due to some complaints of over saltiness but when we returned from our trip, it was available and well received just by looking into the restaurant. RE&S did one thing well, to establish this concept before Yakiniku Like came to Singapore. Now, others just need to create their own unique flair for the foodies here to enjoy their personal grilling stations.
