The lady manager is very attentive and helpful. I said to her that this outlet has and always been my favourite outlet. Food are fresh, service are excellent and the staffs are friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great job guys.

Had a great dining experience at Shokudo Yakiniku @ Bedok Mall! The quality of the meat was really good . Tender, fresh, and well-marinated. Grilling everything yourself was fun, and the flavours came out amazing without being too heavy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed refills or assistance. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice casual vibe, perfect for both friends and family meals. Portions were satisfying and definitely worth the price. I’ve been a regular here for close to two years now, and the food has always been really good and consistent, which is why I keep coming back. During my visit today, I noticed a staff member resting on the seating area next to me while I was eating. I completely understand that everyone needs a moment to rest, especially during long or busy shifts, and I don’t hold it against her at all. However, it did feel a little uncomfortable to be dining right beside that. Just sharing this as gentle feedback, as I genuinely enjoy this place and hope the overall dining experience continues to be a pleasant one for everyone.
