the last two times i came i was served by the same auntie and noticed the amount given was less than the many other times i came which makes the business inconsistent. she never said “hi” or “thank you”(i did) and had a bad attitude serving me. not too sure if she gets paid more to give less but presentation was sloppy so as her customer service. cannot work dont work thanks. first two image was done by her (only toppings on one side not spread evenly) and last image was awhile back from another outlet and u can clearly see the amount was more generous. so disappointing!

The lady staff was short-tempered and inattentive to my orders. Although I clearly communicated them, she became frustrated and didn’t clarify patiently. When the yogurt was handed to me, the sauce had overflowed all over the cup. Might need to send her for some service training.

snarky auntie with terrible attitude. she gave 2 pieces of tissue for 2 people. i asked for abit more. total gave 4. when i left, she said loudly “want to ask for how many tissue?” excuse me auntie, does the tissue come from your own pocket? you have one whole stack of tissue in front of you, but u want to be so selfish and bitchy for what? she did a terrible job at scooping the sauce by the way which is why i needed more tissue to clean the sides of the cup. maybe improve your skill issue first before moving your mouth so much! hope this helps 😆

Edit - 21 April Repeat Visit: Sadly the chocolate flavour is still not available at this branch, perhaps because this is a small takeaway kiosk. Happy that the staff can now advise on which toppings are vegan, by reading off a list on their handphones. Hope the toppings can be labelled at this outlet, as has been done for other outlets! *** 18 April Visit: Yole has newly launched vegan oat milk ice-cream at several branches including the Tampines branch. Loved the consistency and taste of the mango flavour, though sadly the chocolate flavour was not available. Staff was unable to advise regarding which toppings are vegan. Hope the vegan options for toppings can be labelled for greater clarity!

frozen strawberries, watery yoghurt, very very sweet. dark chocolate sauce was okay, pistachio sauce is insanely sweet to the point i refrain from wanting the second mouthful.
