As delicious as always, the dishes are flavorful and served quickly, so there’s hardly any waiting. However, it gets quite crowded during peak hours, and if you go with a large group, it’s easy to be seated separately, which might affect the dining experience. The only downside is that napkins aren’t provided automatically—you have to ask the staff, and even then they give very few. Since we ordered soup and spicy dishes, it’s easy to sweat a lot, and the air conditioning is a bit weak, making it feel slightly stuffy while eating. Overall, the food is still highly recommended, though there’s room for improvement in the environment and small service details.
Huge variety of ingredients to choose from. Been here 4-5 times, the soup never disappoints. Good and consistent. Love it!
First time to this restaurant. Ordered tom yum soup base and it is very salty. The intestine has this smell that ruined my whole order. The meat displayed also don't look fresh.
I recently visited this restaurant and was really looking forward to the meal—I even took the train just to come here. I picked out a lot of sliced meat, especially over 10 pieces of sliced beef and around 8 pieces of sliced pork belly. Altogether, I paid SGD 14.10. However, when I received my bowl, I was shocked to find that all the meat was missing. Everything else was correct, but the sliced beef and pork belly I carefully selected were completely gone. Luckily, I had taken a photo of my tray before paying (I like photographing my food), so I had proof. I really appreciate the male cashier who helped me out—he kindly let me go and pick out the sliced beef again. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab the pork belly that was also missing. Even though the staff was helpful, I was deeply disappointed. I specifically made the trip just to eat at this place. At first, I hesitated to say anything, because I was worried they might think I was trying to cheat them. But I know I was honest, and they could have checked the CCTV to see that I hadn't eaten any of the meat yet. I truly felt cheated in this experience.
Staff was efficient to clear the table for us & also saw her cleaning the tables instantly after the diners left. Wide array of ingredients & the coolers appeared clean as well. Got their Mala Tang & by default the soup wasnt spicy, hence I got to customise the spiciness of my bowl. I found the default soup to be little sweet.
