The staff tried to convince me this is a Mozzarella burger. I’ve had quite a few in Vancouver. This one has got no mozzarella cheese at all. The cheese and looks wrong and the burger tastes totally different. This cheese looks and tastes like American cheese not mozzarella. I really hate being gaslighted but I’m outnumbered. The patty was also dense and hard. Not enjoyable. I actually only ordered a mozzarella burger and a float but ended up with curly fries added as a meal which was not what I said at the counter. My mistake for not checking the receipt. In future must STRESS a la carte. It’s not enough to just say the specific items you want.

Standard drop drastically since its opening, chicken overly fried and dry. Curly fries too. Only Consolation is root beer float is delicious. Really need to replace the outlet manager! Dinner time and no crowd..cant last long.

I was starving and really looking forward to enjoying a decent meal from a place I usually like , but when I finally sat down at home to eat, I found the chicken in my burger completely raw. It’s shocking and unacceptable that food in this condition could ever be served to a customer. This isn’t just poor quality — it’s a serious food safety issue. How can you serve undercooked chicken and risk someone’s health like that? I lost my appetite immediately, and it ruined my entire meal and evening. You seriously need to check your kitchen standards and staff training, because this is not okay at all

Nice quite place for a meal. Love the root beer float. A bit disappointed with the coney dog though, not quite the way it used to taste like in the old days. What is a hotdogs without mustard? Sian lah.

The fried chicken is nice. Service staff are mostly part timers, HR need to give proper customer service to let staff know the importance of serving diners. Service industry has been lack of good smiling service for the recent years across all industry. The food is overall nice, I also love the beef burger and their root beer flood. ⚠️They do serve ice upon request, that’s great! Their curly fries is also one of their signature. Overall still a good place to dine.
