Dined at Andes by Aston and had a nice experience overall. The restaurant has a comfortable and elegant atmosphere, suitable for family meals or business dining. The food was well-presented with good flavors, and the variety offered was satisfying. Service was polite and attentive, making the meal more enjoyable. A good place to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.

Their menu, similar to Astons Specialities, features everything from succulent steaks (like Prime Sirloin and Ribeye) to crispy chicken cutlets and hearty burgers, making it a hit with families. While the food quality is generally praised—being hot, crispy, and flavorful—be prepared for potential service slowdowns and long waits during peak hours due to the high volume of customers. Good and consistent food as usual. Fiery chicken remains good. Great job Came at 230 and was surprised food took long to come since it's off peak. What if full house... 🤔 Left with happy tummy anyways.....

*Management & business owner need to read all the feedbacks posted from various customers*. New relocation site in IMM previously was beside Bali Thai. However, my 2nd visit since its relocation nearer to Giant and BreadTalk. Better than the first visit at this new site but still very lack in service. Previously at old site the staffs were fast, proactive and the outlet usually crowded. Now seems their business getting slower. Service really need to improve cos twice im here ive noticed customers walked out or quit the queue due to nobody welcome them in and serving time was much slower than usual when its not even crowded. Food wise still good and reasonable price. Only the female staffs seem to be busy and friendly. The rest need to be schooled or replaced such as : 1) One old man kept arranging chilli sauce packets and didnt turn his head even customers called and waiting and he continued as long as i finished up my plate etc 20min. 2) Lady Manager seem to be ok but inside the room most of the time at the entrance and always busy, made customers waited outside even its not crowded. Some customers decided to walk away (its lunchtime and they just missed their customers!). 3) One middle aged tall male seem overall to be poor in service. My boss actually made a reservation for 12pax previously etc but he was so unhappy and in the end we waited more than 30mins to be served for the 1st person despite reservation and lunchtime (was only less than 30% crowded). He must be an unhappy or underpaid. Overall, 70% of their staffs need to be replaced else this outlet gonna go down. Seem to have internal issues. So 1 star for service.

The food choice is very good! As it comes with 2 sides. I can share with my kid. The food is delicious! Me n my family enjoy it! I got my food after 20 mins later due to many customers came at the same time 😊
