I strongly advise others not to order from this place. The food was delivered in poor condition — several containers were leaking badly, and sauces spilled all over the delivery bag. It made a huge mess, and the packaging was not sealed properly (as you can see in the photos). Even the food that wasn’t leaking looked unappetizing and carelessly packed. The plastic wraps were loose and full of condensation. For the price I paid, I expected at least clean, secure packaging and proper handling — but this was really disappointing. It’s frustrating when food arrives looking like this. Please improve your packaging and quality control, or you’ll keep losing customers. Definitely not ordering again.

White Restaurant at IMM is always a reliable spot for a comforting meal. Their signature white bee hoon is delicious – light, flavourful, and not too oily, with fresh seafood and just the right amount of wok hei. The side dishes are also really tasty, especially the fried calamari and their homemade tofu with compost and mushroom. Service is quick and friendly - we arrived around 6pm on a weekend and were shown to a table immediately. Turn around is quite fast as diners usually leave after finishing their meals. Food comes out fast even during peak hours. The place is clean, spacious, and family-friendly, making it great for group meals. No wonder it is always packed with people, even though is has opened for so long - a sign that the food quality is consistent.

Delicious food and great service. The Original White Bee Hoon is the best among all the branches we tried! The fried Chicken Wings is a must and never failed to please the taste buds. Server was Zheng Xin and she was most patient, polite and gave good suggestions.

My colleague and I came here for lunch and found out they have this lunch special menu. We ordered 2 sets, one fried rice with tea ($9.90) and white been hoon with mince pork beancurd and drink ($14.90). We shared so that we have more variety. It was a very satisfying meal. We also liked the white bee hoon but what surprised us was the fried rice. It was very good. They had lap cheong, diced long beans & carrots and egg. It was very fragrant and had a good wok hey. We loved it. Overall we paid $15 each and service was also very very attentive and friendly.

We’ve been frequent visitors to this restaurant at Jewel since the post-Covid period, and every visit has been consistently enjoyable — thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Manager Peng Peng. He is extremely well-mannered, warm, and always greets us with a genuine smile that brightens our day. His professionalism and friendliness make every dining experience feel special. On top of that, the standard of the food has remained consistently good throughout the years, which keeps us coming back. It’s truly reassuring to know that both the service and the food quality are maintained at such a high level. Kudos to the team, and especially to Peng Peng, for making every visit a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
