Ben's Cookies Suntec City Singapore

I tried it once at Wisma after it’s back and found the cookie much flatter than before. You are not able to hold the cookie without it crumbling at your hand. It affects the texture of the cookies. No longer the mouthful of satisfaction with 1 bite. I went to Suntec branch today. When I was there, they were out for break without stating the time that they will be back. But I had the chance to confirm that there’s no consistency in their cookies anymore. Certain cookies are thick and certain cookies are flat. Huge disappointment. I hope Ben’s management can look into it.

The cookie is big! Happy to see it opening at Suntec City Tower 5 B1 before walked down to the Food Republic.

love their colours but cashier damn unfriendly. looked at me as if i owe them my life 😂

The cookie is stale & not warm like the other outlets, the staff has no customer service unlike at the other outlets too.
