Bought dinner at this burger king IMM outlet. Once at home, I found a item missing, a taro pie to be exact. For sure I dont have the time to turn back to claim the missing item. My question for burger king is.. 1) Is staff being dealt with severely for human errors? 2) Does your company take it lightly of this kind of human errors that cause inconvenience to customers and lose trust towards your company? 3) Are your staff well trained so as to avoid errors like this from occurring? 4) What do customers do in such cases? Does your company really look into feedbacks and complains seriously? I would love to hear a response from a Burger king representative. Thank you.
Lowkey yall need to hire more staff here!! i waited like 30 minutes for my burger and i saw the staff there were understaffed and looked tired, so i gave the benefit of doubt. but damn bro i got my food and it wasnt hot and the beef patty was burnt really bad until can taste bro 💔💔💔💔💔
Lols. Waited more than 30 mins for food in a fast food place. Onion rings were cold. Maybe the management wants to look into employing more staff. Staffs are all overworked and tired looking.
I am extremely disappointed with the management and the level of customer service received. While I understand that outside food may not be permitted, my family purchased three burgers from Burger King itself, and I had brought a homemade meal specifically for my 3-year-old daughter. Despite explaining this, I was told by the manager that no outside food was allowed and was asked to leave the premises. I was refunded and made to leave without being allowed to eat, which was both upsetting and unnecessary. When I confronted the manager regarding her behaviour, she refused to show me her name tag, so I am unable to identify her. While I understand that outside food should generally not be allowed, consideration should be given to customers who are purchasing food from Burger King but have guests or family members with dietary requirements, such as toddlers or individuals with allergies. I am a tourist visiting from London, and I have visited Burger King locations worldwide. I have never experienced such poor and insensitive customer service. This was, without question, the worst experience I have had at any Burger King.
