Love their wide range of Japanese sweets they offered. From thei classic cakes, to my personal fave of many flavours ice cream like puffs, to Japanese icecream and chocolates. The flavours are always consistent and always a great dessert snack for family gathering! 🍓🍿🧁 Even though situated in neighborhood, but the options of different snack is full scale!

Very disappointing experience. Ordered online and picked up at this outlet. They really skimped on the strawberries, despite the price increase from $45 to $50. Sent feedback and they do not bother with service recovery. Asked for mobile number and never bothered to do anything. When I messaged them again, they just said they will do better next time. They probably typed that while rolling their eyes. Total lack of sincerity. I have attached the photo of the cake in the online shop when I ordered VS what I actually got. One of the best cake and pastries brand in Singapore. They have lot of other products like ice cream waffles, other packed ice cream items. You don’t have to order well before bcoz they have adequate varieties of cakes always . Still you can order one day before , for other cake shops u need order before 2-3 days
