$5.80 Classic milk tea w pearl. For now between gong cha, koi and some regular ones in Nex it’s the best but doesn’t mean the others aren’t good too. The taste of the tea cuts through the milk said my son 11 year old.
excellent service & very efficient, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the lady that served me was patient and helpful in reccomending drink options to me and explained the drinks for me to better understand, i think her name is 巧巧. although the queue was quite long, the wait time was about 5-10 minutes for me to receive my drink.. staff was super efficient in making the drinks, wonderful experience!

Really enjoyed CHICHA San Chen! The tea was very fragrant and smooth, not overly sweet, and you can tell the quality is high. Pearls were fresh and chewy, and service was quick and friendly.
