Compose Coffee Suntec City
compose îs a Korean coffee brand (although recently purchased by Jollibee), which is everywhere in Korea. just starting in Singapore it was a welcome and cheaper edition when compared to Starbucks. unfortunately the quality wasn't imported with the brand. the coffee is ok, quite mild taste, but nothing special. the croissant waffles are ok, if a little sweet. the main reason I have 3 stars, 1. they still haven't got the membership sorted out 2. they brand themselves with "every cup is venti" but then never fill the cup. it's not a small amount either.... when asked about it, the guy just shrugged. picture attached is an example, removed the top, it's like this with every cup. this ain't venti. false advertising 3. staff can be abrasive Update @ 3rd December 2025 Purchased a "Venti" Compose coffee and a Tall Starbucks (smallest size) coffee. After drinking the Starbucks, the Compose drink fills the smallest Starbucks cup. Clearly false advertising from Compose - pictures attached
It’s easy to order from the kiosks. There’s some promotion for certain drinks. There’s also combo for croissant and drinks. Also, you can order frozen yoghurts with various toppings. There’s some seating area in the cafe also. It’s not big though. I tried the recommended k trend banana milk coffee $5.80. It was quite awful actually. Tastes like cough syrup. Maybe it’s not my taste. Last time I tried the latte and croissant it was ok. Price is quite reasonable for such cafe items. Service was quite fast on a weekday afternoon. Not many customers. I think I would just go there for the basic coffees and not be adventurous.
Compose Coffee at Suntec City serves up affordable Korean-style coffee and pastries. The drinks are well-made, offering good quality at lower price points, which makes it an easy choice for a quick pick-me-up or a simple treat.
Great spot for a quick coffee break! Tried their iced latte — smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. The croffle had a delicious buttery texture with a lovely caramel flavor. It would’ve been even better if served warm, but still very enjoyable. A cozy place to recharge during the day!
Ordered a cup of cappucino and it came extremely hot. Scalded my tongue and throat for taking a sip. Have been drinking coffee at various chains and this is the first time i had such hot coffee served in singapore. Even removing the lip for 30min, the coffee is still scalding. Ridiculous. The coffee came 3/4 filled as well.
