Set A and Set B being raised from $3 to $4.50 is a joke, especially when new Set A (one chicken wing+bee hoon) is the same as the old Set B without any additions. I wonder how do the bosses justify the price hike, especially when the TM outlet is prone to being unreliable about the size of the chicken wing they give you. Someday it is normal, other days maybe the auntie just don't like you and give you the smallest one of the lot. At least be more consistent about the food that you guys are serving out
What a rip off this place is. Arrived at 9pm to dabao a plate of bee hoon - purchased together with a hot dog, a piece of luncheon meat and a piece of beancurd roll. Total bill came up to $6 for such a little portion. Perhaps even eating Qi Ji is more worth it than this. I suspect the staff does not want to sell because they are planning to keep the extra and bring home for free. Also the staff’s attitude - two old ladies, sucks big time. Acting as though the world owes them. These two ladies should be fired seriously!
Came here twice and that’s it! Attitude of the staff sucks. 1sttime I went and thought staff mood wasn’t good. I asked for ketchup, she said I need to request when I place order (which I did say twice), 2nd I went to give a 2nd try, she told me not to repeat so many times. When my order was wrong, she told me the cashier didn’t tell her which the cashier repeated 3 times my order. When I asked for ketchup, she told me need to use money to buy. DONT EVER PATRONIZE THIS SHOP.! You can get better food elsewhere with a better attitude.
Have been a long time patron of this store and the food is good. Especially the chicken wings. However i had to write this review for my particular purchase on Christmas Lunch 2024. Not sure if the cook is new or just angry at the fact that they have to work on a PH but the effort put in the food is a joke. Chicken wings were under seasoned and over cooked. Fried rice was mushy and under-seasoned and UNDERMIXED with literal bunches of white rice still visible? Even my Fiance’s bee hoon was dry and bland. Fei Shiong has to have some standards for who is allowed to cook if they want to continue surviving in the competitive F&B industry
Standard drop. All the egg is never whole ( broken yolk) fried rice is never properly mixed. Chef issue.
