Food was really delicious, portion size was fulfilling. The bake rice was one of the student meal sets and the portion was really worth it, taste wise too! The service was exceptional! I would like to highlight one of the waiters there, NAWI, who gave really really good service, constantly checking on our table if we needed anything. He was really kind as well so he really made the atmosphere cheerful and comfortable. I really appreciated the fact that despite us being a party of only 2, he offered a nice corner sofa boof and was really nice about it too! Will visit again soon!!!
The service was fantastic. It has been a long time since I experienced such attentive service at a café or restaurant in a shopping mall. I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this experience made me want to make an exception. This Fish & Co outlet is definitely worth visiting for celebrations, thanks to the outstanding service. The staff who served our table, Elly, was especially impressive and made the experience even more memorable.
Its been so long since I have received great service in a restaurant in Singapore. Special thanks to Elly for making our visit amazing. After the food arrive, she checked to see if everything was to our satisfaction including the manager too. All the other staff was super nice and efficient too. 2 thumbs up to whoever trained the staff in Fish and Co Causeway Point!
The food is okay (as per fish & co’s standard) but the service provided by the entire set of crew is perfect. They are very friendly and proactive. The whole set of crew showed a lot of teamwork & it’s very heartwarming. Well done to the entire team (including kitchen staff!)
Fish & Co at Causeway Point delivers consistently excellent seafood in a nautical-themed setting. Their signature New York Fish & Chip is truly outstanding – perfectly crisp on the outside with tender, flaky fish beneath, complemented by creamy dip and golden fries. During my visit, the wait was slightly longer than usual, but the attentive manager quickly resolved this with a 10% discount. The restaurant also offers tempting promotions on starters, student and set meals. A reliable choice for quality seafood in a comfortable mall setting. 😃👍🏻🎊
