Food - We got the cheese burger which comes with two substantial patties, and toppings. The large fries is probably good to share among 3 pax. Rather filling meal. Taste is not bad. Price - Rather pricy at $18.50 for one burger, and $15 for large fries. Seating - Limited indoor seating area (which is air-conditioned.) But plenty of outdoor seating area that is still shaded.

They ran a generous promotion and had overwhelming response. Despite a large crowd, they were able to churn out quality burgers within 10 to 15 mins. I could see that they have a very efficient operations going on in the kitchen. The cheesburger was good with real beef patties instead of the cardboard like patties you got from McDonald's. But of course the list price was very premium. They have various toppings and sauces to choose from. If in doubt, you could opt for way to go with standard toppings and sauces. The cheeseburger actually came as a double patties and I was quite filled up after eating. About 70 percent full as an adult male. Although it ran like a fast food joint, it was a better experience than what I experienced in Hard Rock Cafe months ago. They also offer seemingly unlimited refillable large peanuts. There was only a small incident when one cashier shouted Next very loudly when an uncle customer was oblivious that it was his turn in the queue and didn't respond to the normal tone of Next. My friend and myself was startled by this which happened on the first day of the promotion. Overall I want to thank Five Guys for running this promotion.

We decided to try this place for authentic American burgers and fries. Sadly, it wasn’t a great experience. 2x bacon cheeseburgers + fries + 1x milkshake set me back $60+. Firstly, the items were expensive. You'd think the food would be good right? Nope. While the ingredients aka toppings were generous, because you could add as many as you want, the beef patty itself was average tasting. The fries, fried in peanut oil (so not for those with allergies) were somewhat tasty, but nothing outstanding. The milkshakes were like ice cream cold, so nothing could be sucked up the straw for the first half of the meal. Once it had melted a bit, the taste was nice but I still miss Billy Bombers. Service was friendly but that's about it. Won't be dining here again. Give me Billy Bombers or even Black Tap at MBS any time.

Ordered little cheeseburger 1-for-1 limited time promo (2 sets) with little fries. Decent burger with very crispy and satisfying fries. There's also free flow peanuts by the entrance

Visit date: 11 Jan 2026 Actual rating: 3.0 First visit ever... and possibly the last! Their burgers are meh inho 😞 Tasteless ground beef, even with sauces. Uninspiring buns to boot. (For comparison, Shiok Burger does better at both 😋) Tomato and lettuce not as fresh as a certain Jap burger joint! "Buffet" style toppings appear to be just a marketing gimmick - no way can their buns hold a bit of everything, what with the 2 patties already inside 🤔 Mebbe their fries are good, I dunno... but so is Carl's 👍 A messy meal at best, reminding #MHTamChiak of initial experiences at MOS Burger 😆 For the hefty prices charged, there are much better burger offerings out there! Or a nice ribeye steak at good hawker stalls. Well, can't say I haven't tried... 😉
