Food Republic

The upgraded Food republic at Suntec is great. Really good. The stalls are new and great. We had king grouper fish soup and the Korean bbq. Both were good. Price is not bad at all even though in CBD. But the same old problem of lack of seating. It is still crazy. They should have reduced the number of stalls and increased the seating capacity. But planning. Also low on staff to clean the tables. Bad planning again.

I am only writing this review about London Fat Duck, a new roast meat stall at Food Republic. I am often not very impressed with the food options here or left disappointed. And yes, I've done my research, having tried almost all of their options, but since they reopened after the renovation, I noticed they have a new stall. This one did not disappoint at all; the prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. It is occupying the same spot where they used to have their roast meat. I really liked the sauce they put on the rice, which I’m assuming is char siu sauce. They also added deep-fried lard, making the rice even more delicious. this was really the highlight.

December 27 2025 I have try the fish soup is my first time is was so good ,a week later I miss to come back again try the same dual fish soup this day is different is really different from last week I’m so disappointed because the fried fish very very dry so hard to chew and I never eat ,I won’t to come back again and I won’t miss the fish soup again 😔

Poor Service at Sing HK kitchen星记茶餐厅 - Suntec food Republic My experience picking up food at Sing HK Kitchen in Suntec Food Republic today was extremely disappointing. The cashier, a middle-aged woman, had a very poor attitude, and this will be the last time I order takeout from here unless she is replaced. Today I ordered Meal No.12 for takeout, but the meat she selected was clearly of low quality. The triple-layer meat was almost entirely fat, and out of the four pieces of meat in my meal, three were like this. When I raised my concern, she responded very rudely, saying “C an not choose.” However, I clearly saw through the glass that she deliberately picked these fatty pieces for me while packing my food. I’ve picked up different takeout from here several times, always bringing my own container, and she has always had attitude toward me. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable. I hope the management takes employee service training seriously and improves their food selection.

Never ever order the london fat duck store every piece of meat is fat only .. ask for a change u throw me some anyhow cut meat and ask me to ask your boss ? Dam it man close shop better ..
