Genki Sushi Suntec City

Absolutely loved the experience here! The food was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, especially the lobster dishes — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care put into every plate. The sushi was well-balanced and creative, and the lobster broth was deep and comforting without being overpowering. Portions were generous and totally worth the price. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall dining atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Definitely a place I would come back to and highly recommend to anyone who loves seafood, especially lobster lovers!

On 18/12 (Thursday), I came for lunch 2pm, not busy that time. So no need to q up. The service unty very nice. I got drink 1 F 1, the unty immediately give me a plastic for 1 of my drink to bring back. The food also excellent thanks for the chef. I order miso soup w lunch set offer worth it. The miso soup also one of my fav, the serve its hot the taste also good. Few months i go bugis, the miso soup only warm, and the taste very bad too much paste/salt. When i give a feedback to the cashier when paying even provide the pic she just say oh ok. Not even apologise for the inconvenience or they will improve it. It’s like the staff ignore my feedback and will never visit bugis outlet. Will come back to city mall again. The service more better than other outlets. 🫰🏻

Have never been served food on a dirty used plate before. This is the first. Totally unhygienic and disgusting. Apparently, according to the reviews, I'm not the only one who experienced this! Genki sushi Suntec needs to do something about this! It's super ridiculous and you serve raw food!! Don't even deserve 1 star!
