Good range of ingredients and place is overall neat and clean. I feel staff could be more proactive in helping turnover the tables which have left and be more prompt with cashiering when there are queues, this would make the overall experience a better one. Reasonable prices by weight and good range of soup and dry options.
I was recommended by a friend that the food here was quite good so I came and had an unsatisfactory experience with the service of a female employee in the store. When I asked for hot water, she didn't answer, just took my bowl of noodles and turned away. I went back to the counter to buy water, her answer was "2$" with a face like I was begging.
Our second time eating here. The dry mala mild spicy is still pretty spicy but very tasty. Soup is also good. They have condiments for you to make your own sauces. Ingredients are fresh and clean. The bowls are quite comically large though, even if you order for one person. But nice food and quick service.
Clean environment and ample seating. Ingredients look fresh. Free egg bomb for 5-star reviews.
Taste is good. Crowd is lesser for this outlet. Cashier service quite have been more polite. Happy to have kimchi now!
