They explained everything clearly, helped us choose the best soup base and ingredients, and were always around when we needed assistance — without being intrusive. The hotpot experience itself was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, the broth was rich and flavorful, and the dipping sauces were customizable to perfection. We especially loved the attention to detail. The noodle dance was a fun highlight, and the overall atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Highly recommended for anyone who loves hotpot or just wants a top-tier dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

I recently had dinner at Haidilao Hotpot, and it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The restaurant is famous for its excellent service, and I can totally see why. As soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and guided us to our table with big smiles. The environment was bright, clean, and lively — perfect for a group meal. One thing that made the night even better was their special promotion: we got 12% off the total bill if we finished our meal within 1.5 hours. That was a fun little challenge! The staff kindly reminded us of the remaining time, but they never made us feel rushed. It actually made the dinner more exciting. Of course, the food was amazing. The soup base was rich and flavorful, and there were so many fresh ingredients to choose from — thinly sliced beef, seafood, vegetables, and handmade noodles. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Another highlight was the birthday surprise. When the staff found out it was my friend’s birthday, they played cheerful music, brought out a small cake, and even sang “Happy Birthday” for her. It was such a sweet gesture that made the moment extra special. Overall, my experience at Haidilao was warm, delicious, and full of joy. The staff’s attention to detail and friendliness really stood out. I’d definitely recommend Haidilao to anyone looking for a fun, tasty, and heartwarming hotpot experience.

Had a very good experience here. The service crew, especially Jiaming, was attentive and friendly — when I mentioned I was feeling hot, they even brought a fan for me! Much better than the Wisma outlet, even though I’ve been visiting Wisma regularly since the COVID period. This will be my go-to outlet from now on.

I am SUPER impressed by the staff and services at HDL plaza singapura. They prepared a nice gift and presentation for our friend. Very attentive with hot towels, serve everything quickly. Nail services so good. Only thing was the soup - used to customized how "thick" the tomato soup was but now we can't. But overall, very very satisfied. Keep it up!
