Ok so I ordered the iced matcha latte. Thought coming from a reputable Japanese cafe it should be good right? Look at the colour, look at the syrup at the bottom. This is the most horrible tasting drink I’ve ever tasted. It’s so bad I asked them to redo, but it was still so bad. Sooo bad. So Soo bad. Totally undrinkable. Looks like it’s $7++ down the drain.

Terrible service. Firstly, QR code wasn’t placed on our table until 10 mins in. Then, water took another 10 mins ( with surcharge of course ). Desserts took a nice 30 minutes to come, and only came when we were leaving. The server even had to manually calculate how much to comp for the desserts. Overall, unpleasant lunch with this branch, and I won’t be coming back again.

This joint has one of the best fushion japanese food on the menu. If one feels like having quality food in a classy cosy ambience, this is the place to pamper yourself . Yummy delicious lunch! We ordered the Salmon Mentaiko past, a curry pot rice and a omu soufflé beef stew rice. All the dishes came promptly. Nice warm and yummy. Tasty! Kids love this place.

The food came extremely quickly. Too quickly for comfort to assume it was not microwaved food. The food was normal. Nothing spectacular. We wanted to take away our leftovers so that there was no waste. They are charging us SIXTY CENTS per container. Completely unacceptable for a $15-20/dish outlet. At the end, they gave us iPads to do a survey. The team assigned to do this survey needs to be fired. Who is going to answer a TWENTY SEVEN question survey??? I started just putting 5s because it's way too long. Now they have info that is completely useless because I am sure other people also just put 5 (or 1s or 9s) all the way through.
