Jollibee Suntec City

I have been to this Jollibee twice. The first visit I thought the fried chicken was a-ok. They were not piping hot. I often expect food to come out hot and not lukewarm for sure. My latest visit was a lot better. FOOD - 4/5 Fried Chicken - 5/5 The fried chicken was fresh and piping hot. I know Jollibee is also famous to have this gravy that comes with their fried chicken. I thought the taste was great, reminded me of the gravy in biscuit & gravy. But I find that a bit too watery. So I tried but did away without using the gravy. Fries - 3/5 They were not hot. Some parts were lukewarm. SERVICE 5/5 There were a lot of people waiting for their orders. Kudos to the staffs, they worked fast and efficient. AMBIANCE 5/5 This location was often busy. It was packed when I suddenly craved for some unhealthy food. Of course I felt terribly guilty after the dinner :(

one of my all time fav fast food place, the spicy crispy chicken is so well seasoned and tender and the gravy is yummy as always (not diluted like other places)! would definitely come back to this outlet again 😋😆 + they even gave us free icecream after we reviewed 🫶

once awhile eating delicious fried chickens is ok but not too often or u will gotten fedup. Don't know what's their secret for locking in the juice in the meat and crispy skin at the outside. Not to mention their special matching brown sauce, just add some chili sauce to it, perfect!

I recently visited Jollibee and my experience was quite satisfying. I ordered fried chicken, and each item was served fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the service smooth and enjoyable. My favorite part of the visit was the employee, which really made the meal memorable. The restaurant was clean and comfortable for dining in, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars. Jollibee continues to deliver delicious meals and great service that makes me want to come back again.

Good environment at the Suntec outlet! The ordering kiosks can get a bit congested during peak hours, having more kiosks would help. Still, a consistently good experience—and the pineapple juice remains my all-time favourite!
