I asked the service staff if my drink and topping is correct and they said yes. I paid for orh nee milk tea which is more expensive, but my drink is just iced green tea. I am disappointed because I checked with the staff before I left, and they said it is right. I wasted my money over this mistake
Nhat is very attentive staff and friendly. He approached me with politely tone and warm and served me professionally. I was asking whether my order was wrong at the time. He was very patient to me and checked the order carefully. Very supportive!!!!! This is what the new industrial bubble tea should looking for!!!!
I recently tried the yuzu oolong milk tea drink from KOI at NEX mall, and I must say it really hit the spot. The drink has a refreshing citrusy note from the yuzu that pairs nicely with the subtle floral fragrance of oolong tea, making it both flavorful and incredibly thirst quenching — perfect for Singapore’s humid weather. I also decided to try their yogurt ice cream, but honestly, it was quite average. The texture and taste didn’t really stand out compared to what you’d expect from other specialty dessert places, so it’s probably not something I’d order again. What I do appreciate, though, is how well-managed this KOI outlet is. Despite the steady crowd, the staff work efficiently and maintain consistent service standards. It makes the whole experience pleasant, whether you’re just grabbing a quick drink.
I was there 4pm, the staff attending me, Ms Sook Mei was attentive and patient with me despite the large crowds at the outlet. I was impressive by how fast my order was ready and how she handled not just me but the group before and after me with such care! will come back again
No comments on the drinks. Koi is my go to bubble tea place so im usually willing to wait despite the long waiting time and long queues but while waiting i was looking at their macaroons rack and to my horror saw so many tiny bugs going in and out of them. Rly questioning the hygiene in this nex outlet and if bubble tea is the main business maybe dont sell these extra stuff if cannot check them properly. I still want my bubble tea but ngl alil grossed out each time i order here:’
