Super Disappointing. Luke warm soup. Overpriced set meal. When we were queuing staff did mention no more salted duck soup n lotus pork soup so we still ok. After we sat down more soup were unavailable left with white carrot, water cress and Buddha jump over wall... Mind us the time we sat down is before 8pm. We ordered set meal for 4. $69.90 b4 gst for 2 soups with 3 dishes, 1 vege, 1 mango prawn, 1 spicy chicken. Vege - passable but strange it was quite cold. Mango prawn - jialat... Is a cold dish so should be cold but the prawn is those crystal prawns. Disappointing. Spicy chicken - came hot but portion is pathetic. Soup Luke warm nevermind we thought after add soup will be better but we were wrong so wrong. Sorry set meal cannot ADD soup. Also the water cress was not cleaned properly.... Look at the picture. Ok fine... Learnt our lesson the hard way. Gone were the glory days of LHT.

would have given ZERO stars if i could. Firstly, it took up to 30mins wait for a table when there were literally MULTIPLE empty tables and diners leaving throughout the wait. Those aunties literally couldnt be bothered to get us sitted and there were queue forming when all of us could go in and sit, and there will still be empty tables! Secondly, extremely POOR service by ALL THE AUNTIES! The only exception was the china guy waiter. They literally SAW us raising hand but they just walk off. Confronted one of the aunties and she claimed "Oh! We need to wait for meals to come out and serve. Very important and rush", when there was BARELY ANY DINERS. So they are supposed to stand outside the kitchen to wait to serve meals and ignore customers request? Thirdly, food standard dropped tremendously. Avoid at all cost this outlet, especially peak hour. Because they can't be bothered and customers are not their priority.

老火汤 offers a comforting and flavourful dining experience. Their signature slow-cooked soups are rich and deeply satisfying, showcasing the artistry of traditional Chinese cooking. The XO fried rice is a tasty complement, and the passion fruit drink is refreshing. While portions are generous, the overall experience is well worth the price. A great spot for a family meal or a casual dinner with friends.

Would give zero stars if I can. Running a promotion and they did not write that the soup cannot be refilled under this promo, nor did they tell us that when we ordered the set nor when they served the set. The waitresses refused to take our order and ignored us 2-3x until we finally ordered. Food took 30 min to come but the soup came within 5 mins. The manager working refused to give us the refill or any compensation despite us mentioning that it wasn’t mentioned in the T&Cs nor when we ordered. Staff were extremely rude and condescending when we pointed out the unreasonableness of this “promotion” luring unknowing customers in. Come only if you want to be scammed :)

Waiting for 20mins, when there are empty tables with existing customers making payment and leaving. Even when tables are cleared, they didn’t take in new customers. Totally disappointing. The tables around was empty even we was accepted in, while others was till waiting. Till 1 customer uncle complains then the tables start to fill up During dining, the auntie staff ignores you. Only 1 uncle server was kind enough to assist.
