Renee and Yang are wonderful service providers! When I really needed help, they are willing to go beyond with kind gestures and generosity which is very rare. Absolutely phenomenal with their good vibe attitudes and severity in their professions. I truly think they are great assets to the company so well done to both young and aspiring individuals.
Ordered via app and it said 10min collection. I waited at least 30min or more for my drink. So many customers were turned away when the only person preparing the drinks told them it will take an hour. There’s good business for LiHO. I have seen outlet closing. It might not be due to lack of business but lack of staff to handle preparation. The staff is working but she has only a pair of hands to prepare the drinks. If this outlet closes, it’s likely due to staff management issues resulting in low business volume. Too many orders were turned away.
Nice big outlet. They have food options as well. Lots of seats! Nice place to chill.
I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but the staff were very kind, patient, and accommodating. They didn’t make me feel bad at all, really appreciate the excellent service 😊
The staff working on the morning shift on 23 October was so rude! I went there at 11am, understanding that it’s their operating start time. I was standing right in front of the register when she told me it wasn’t open yet. So I came back 20 minutes later, at 11:20am, and saw her standing at the cashier. I politely asked if it was open now, but she looked at me with a frustrated expression, as if I was bothering her. Then she slammed the cashier drawer shut and asked me, “What you want?!” in a rude tone. No one forced you to work here. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Seriously, come on.
