crowded on a weekend evening during early dinner crowd so decided to takeaway instead. Spicy Tomato Wrap is no longer on the menu so went for the Spicy Tomato McChicken cause the Spicy Tomato sauce is delicious, spicy level is lower than McSpicy and creamy.
The staff Hajar was rude and refuse let me change toy when I requested . Even if she didn’t let she sure nicely tell me instead of show me black face and rude in her tone . So disappointed that MacDonald nowadays the staffs not train properly. If she not happy to serve customers she shld Get lost! Spoil my day and is unfair that they gave me toy that I can’t pick when I alrd have .
Enjoyed my Promo $6 meal—fries were crisp, coffee was hot, and the burger was satisfying. However, the drink cup left a wet ring on the table, possibly due to condensation FROM THE PREVIOUS DINERS. A napkin under the cup or more frequent table wipes might help. Still, overall a pleasant experience. previous diners.
The service is really really BAD. I ordered food by using phone then I go there to pick up. I wait for almost 1 hr, I asked the staff whr is my food, she just ask me to wait, then after 15mins, I asked other staff, still asked me to wait. I alrdy suspect others take my food but they never check the system and what, just ask me to wait. At the end, I asked again, the staff helped me check then go to kitchen helping me get my food and just your fillet just come out. Wow, preparing food for one hour? And this is a very normal order. Please improve the self-pick up system and service system
The oil smells too strong. Not sure if they reuse the oil for multiple times or changed to another brand. Not able to finish the burger 🫠
