McDonald's Suntec City

16 Aug 2025 (Saturday, around 2pm) A huge shout-out to the manager of the day (Haikal) and for his team for delivering such an exceptional service on a busy weekend. Haikal was really friendly and greeted everyone with a smile without fail despite the weekend crowd and that really impressed me a lot since being in a customer service line myself, I understand that it is challenging to work on weekends, let alone being so cheerful yet also attentive to details at the same time. Everyone else on the team also served with an exceptional service, with huge smiles and proactiveness which I really appreciate a lot. Please give manager Haikal and his team the recognition that they deserve for their positive energy and impeccable service. ❤️

No fries packed in our takeaway order tho our meal have 2 large fries. Only reached home and found out. Stupid service. Ask us to come back to their outlet to either take the money or fries. We drove 30min away already and ask us to come take. I can’t believe this.

Ordered 2 sets of Chilli crab prawn burger, Chillicrab chicken burger. Poor quality, pathetically, petty, miserable chilli crab sauce for each of the burgers, poor taste - rather order the standard burgers such as Big Mac or Fillet O fish which taste so much better and better value for money. Won’t waste time on these gimmicks again! 😤😤😤😤😤🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😑

This branch has been here forever. From as early as 20 years back, the food from this branch has always been mediocre, but you will always be able to find a seat even during peak hours as no one really wants to eat McDonald’s when you are located in the middle of Suntec with many other better options. Appreciate the nostalgic vibes though the food definitely can be improved.

I would like to compliment Guest Relation Officer Haikal for making my visit a gratifying one. He offered me advice to a physical voucher redemption issue when I visited him a week ago. However the advice didn't really work in other branches when I visited. The branches generally didn't want to handle it although they mostly did help in the end. One branch, tradehub21, outright rejected me. I came back to suntec branch again today and Haikal readily aided me with my remaining redemptions. Also he said he would pass word to the next shift manager to assist me as I would be returning again at night. I have wanted to write Haikal a feedback via the mcd app but I just realized I couldn't do so as MCD app now no longer runs on my old android version phone. I hope the management would read this. Haikal is the best Guest Relation Officer I have come across so far.
