McDonald's The Woodleigh Mall

Ordered the food from mobile app at 206pm, received notifications 4 mins later the food was ready. Went down at 225pm to collect the food, food wasn’t ready. Order seems to be missing, spoke to one of the staff and he couldn’t find the order, another staff came out to check. They see my phone, I can hear the staff murmuring the order was quite long already. They re-did my order, throughout the whole process it felt like I’m trying to steal their food or something, they had to check my phone a few times to see the order. One of the staff even asked me if I ordered medium or large fries like I’m scamming them. From order time to food collection took 30 mins despite the counter being pretty empty. Service : 0

I completely forgot that my order included ice cream. One staff member informed the serving team and even stopped me from leaving so they could bring it to me. The first ice cream they handed me was messy and leaking, but another staff member immediately noticed and told me sheI’ll replace one for me. I was happy to receive a proper serving, and the new ice cream was delicious — mango & pineapple chocolate. I just wanted to leave this comment to praise the staff for being so alert and attentive in providing such good service. I think Mcd Woodleigh deserves more star rating.

Order double mc spicy but only received one chicken in the burger. This is a scam. Takeaway order and im not able to ask for refund either. Canyt believe they cheat their customers like this.

McDonald's @ The Woodleigh Mall has improved their overall service since they opened. The staff's attitude and knowledge is very good. Food was piping hot and fries were crunchy and soft. Table service using their McD app deserve praises. Kudos to the management for taking note of customer's feedback. {Previously:Poor service, staff not properly train on food safety. The management needs to keep an eye on their crew.}

i wish i could give 0 stars. WORST mcdonald outlet ever. Wanted to pay by cash but kept getting ignored by the staff, they walk pass me but didnt bother to take my order. Once they took my order, i waited almost an hour for my food. when i try to ask for my order, i was rudely told that it was busy. and also there were many customers waiting for their food and asking for it but they just keep saying wait and went to the back of the kitchen. There was no staff at the counter serving the food or calling out the number when the food was already at there. Some customers needed to check for themselves as there were literally no staffs outside. Do better Mcd.
