Accidentally ordered the wrong size for my drink and tried my luck to ask the staffs if it was possible to change. Both staff on shift (shout out to Henry & Sarah!!) were really nice and helpful with the refund despite the trouble they had to go through just to refund me the 90cents 😭😭 thank you so much, definitely appreciate the patience 🥺💜
Visited the place at around 8:30pm on a Friday night. it was hectic and staffs seemed overwhelmed but the staff, Henry, went out of their way to help us with order. Service was top notch. Henry and the two girls at this shift were super helpful and really appreciate all their help! Hope they get rewarded
Great service given by Lee Lee and Jia Ping from Suntec outlet! Great food and drinks and friendly staff! Will definitely visit again!
Came at 930pm and they are still open. Fast service as there were no customers. Bubble tea and ice cream are at different stalls. There are tables for you to sit and enjoy your drinks.
