I would like to provide feedback regarding an order I placed at around 7–8pm for two bowls of mee siam. While the food initially tasted fine, midway through eating I discovered a corner piece of a plastic wrapper mixed into the mee siam. The plastic did not appear to be from any of the packaging used for my order. Although I did not consume the plastic, the discovery was very off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable continuing the meal.
Today Monday 5pm at Nex Qiji, I used to love their thin and chewy popiah skin with v generous amount of fillings popiah n mee siam. But not sure why today the popiah skin is so dry, sauce is lesser and the wrapped is loose not tighter though ingredients is good. One bite it taste like different person prepared it. Is better to be consistent with the excellent standard. Trained the person who took over temporary when the main person having lunch break. The mee siam look dull not like before. The hard boiled egg shdnt over cook which is bad for health. Pictures tells all. Pls maintain the excellent standard.

Been ages since I last had Qiji, and I’m glad to say their mee rebus, popiah, and nasi lemak are still as tasty and value-for-money as ever. Even at 4pm on a weekday, the stall was bustling with customers and need to wait for open seats — a clear sign that Qiji’s traditional kampong-style dishes remain well-loved by both locals and visitors alike.
