Pros: inside aircon mall, never charge for plastics, cutlery provided. Cons: Never ask and just put chilli on my beehoon, no option to separate curry, what if you are not eating immediately? Will eat again: Yes, but need to make sure they don't auto put chili on my items, bring my own small container to hold the curry.

Not sure why but I purchased my usual favourite Fried Sotong Wing today and it’s super over fried… usually there’s a nice chew but today’s one was so tough and hard to bite… :”(

First time that I waited 15 mins for my Old Chang Kee order. If it is sold out / not ready, it should have been reflected in the self ordering machine, so that customer is aware. Most people would expect Old Chang Kee to be a fast food which doesn’t require customers to wait for so long. I tried to ask for replacement instead but the staff is also reluctant.

regret not looking at the reviews beforehand.. i just wanted something small to eat so i decided to eat ock, i was fine with ordering at the kiosk since there wasnt anybody else there. problem is the food was hard and cold. i ordered chicken pop, so hard that it hurts my teeth to bite into the chicken. ive had ock many times from other outlets and this is the first time ive experienced this. ordered cheese sausage, prawn nugget, and gyoza. gyoza was cold and dry, no moisture at all and had to force myself to finish it. cheese sausage and prawn nugget were both cold. but my biggest complain is just the chicken pop. if there isnt much customers during this kind of timing theres no need to standby so much. u standby so much and end up giving me a cold hard and dry one thats unfair for me 💀 definetely not coming back to this outlet pls learn from habourfront centre or other places lol this is so bad

I ordered using the screen and when I wanted to pay cash the kiosk beeped but NO ONE served me I was Soo angry and ended up not buying anything
