Swensen's @ IMM

I haven’t been to Swensen’s for more than 15 years. It used to be the place where I’d hang out with friends over ice cream, so coming back felt a little nostalgic. I visited on a weekday for dinner, and although it wasn’t too crowded and the food came out quickly, the overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The soup tasted like canned soup with random ingredients thrown in, which didn’t feel very comforting. The cheese sticks arrived with the cheese already leaked out, so they lost the whole point of being cheese sticks. The cornflake chicken tasted slightly sour, which was concerning because I genuinely have no idea why it would be sour in the first place. The curry chicken baked rice was also pretty bad — overly salty and overly spicy, and it didn’t taste anything like curry chicken. As for the Hawaiian pizza, the cheese was bland and the whole dish just fell flat. Overall, Swensen’s is still decently priced, but the food quality really doesn’t justify even the affordable cost. Sadly, this visit didn’t live up to the nostalgic memories I had.

Very grateful for a fabulous, joyous and happy dinning experience and birthday celebrations at Swensen's @ IMM. Top class service from the managers to the service staff. A special shout out to the service staff who was very sporting and kind enough to accept the request from my folks to sing Selamat Hari Jadi with us together. Food was excellent. Keep up the good work.

I had a unpleasant experience & disappointed. Previously IMM outlet Swensen's not relocated the staffs were very good service. Nowaday Swensen's staffs , crews and manager not so friendly and very rude. Q for dinning staff standing at cashier just stare at me than slowly walking towards you with black face asking how many people's dinning, after finished my foods goin to pay cashier no staff so I waited 4 mins the staffs & manager Nura bring out foods serving and the manager Nura saw me and continue to serving without said waited for awhile , than she slowly walk to cashier and I just give feedback to her just put a bell at the cashier. Than she yell WHAT 😕 . Than i continue said just put a bell 🔔 so that customers dont need to wait so long making payment. The only male staff is friendly and cheerful.

It was very mid. The quality of the western food is not bad, but there's a lot of western restaurants way better. But yes, for the price point it can pass. The quality of the beef patty was good, not amazing. I just don't like the atmosphere of the service. The crew were just tired, not smiling, no eye contact, easily distracted. But I know the ice cream is bomb.

Wanted to show with everyone of my family’s encounter with Yun Yee. From the start, he was very courteous towards us while we waited for lunch during peak hour. His jovial and tender nature perked us up during lunch because it is rare to come across such people in service. What made us more touched was when he treated us 3 ice creams and wished us a happy new year :,) Would come back to IMM Swensens again, because of its service crew like Yun Yee :) Thank you Yun Yee & we hope you have a flourishing & prosperous life ahead!
