TamJai SamGor Mixian Junction 8

It's a hearty bowl of soup n rice noodle with fresh ingredients. The price is on the steeper side though. A bowl like this cost $18.94. Hope to see more set meals like what's offered in the past.

You may think that these are duplicate photos but we order 4 bowls of this Dry Chilli Noodles between the 2 of us. It is so yummy. The chilli is da bomb with strong shrimp flavour. You can choose between mixian or instant noodles. We tried both and prefer instant noodles. The meat is tender, including the pork liver. I usually don’t eat pork liver but like this one . I need to appeal to the company to keep this on the permanent menu please. Also the uncle serving us is so nice and polite, making us wanting return to eat more often!

Ordered the tamjai supreme for $18.80 (after taxes $21++) , portion is good for 2 person with lots of ingredients. Also ordered their new dry ban mian and was surprised how good it was. Really enjoyed the dried shrimp chilli.

Ordered SG Favorite for $13.80++ which translate to $16.50. Comes with pork, taopok and mince meat. I got extra hot which is misleading since the chinese is little spice and at the same time it is the original spice level. Anyhow it was more spicy then average xiao la and numb. So the english description seems to be the most accurate. Pork was very tender. Taopok soaks up the mala soup. Mince meat wise i feel like i should have added the soup into it rather than meat into soup. Taste wise definitely can be additive but abit one dimension if there is some sauce it will be good? Or am i suppose to dip into the mince meat? Really depend on how you look at it. It is a lot more expensive than other noodles but at the same time it is slightly cheaper than weight in mala.

Best service staff (Eddie) that make my family always come back! Food is good as always but the service from Eddie is tip top! When he is not around, I dont even wanna visit coz the experience is so different! Keep this great staff of yours and give him a raise!
