Absolutely disgraceful experience with The Cocoa Trees, who seem to be working hand-in-hand with Lazada to deny refunds when they blatantly send out the WRONG items. I ordered chocolates and instead received something completely different. Despite providing proof, photos, and every bit of evidence, they continue to act as if they have “fulfilled their part” while brushing the issue aside. This isn’t just a one-off mistake, it’s a recurring pattern of dishonesty and negligence that many customers have faced. The Cocoa Trees hides behind Lazada’s poor support system, knowing full well that customers get stuck in an endless loop of excuses instead of receiving a proper resolution. This is not a reputable business, it’s a sham operation thriving on deception, false fulfillment, and zero accountability. If you value your money, stay FAR away from The Cocoa Trees and their so-called partnership with Lazada. They have no interest in customer satisfaction, only in taking your money and pushing blame around. I will be escalating this matter publicly, because consumers deserve to know how shameless and unethical this company has become.

There are quite a few selections of chocolates in this shop like M&Ms, Ritter, Bounty, etc. Currently it has some ongoing promotions. If you don't mind the products with shorter expiry dates, then it is a good choice. It is also value for money. Visitors could also customize a gift box consists of 8-piece or 12-piece. Can choose the alphabets or combine it with some sleeves with phrases and emojis.

Very poor customer service with rude and impatient staff. Poorly labelled items with missing price tags. The staff even allowed another customer to just cut queue in front of my son and I who were carrying two heavy baskets of items and who had been waiting in line for quite a while. When questioned, she did not bother to clarify and just brushed our concerns aside.
