Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles

Surprisingly on a lunch time Friday, this place is not crowded so no wait for the table. This is just opposite the foodcourt by the Fountain of Wealth. I ordered the thin noodles with beef slices in spicy broth, it looked spicy but it isn’t so don’t worry if you can’t deal with spiciness. The beef slices were tender and juicy. I would thought the thin noodle would be soggy judging from the thinness but I’m pleasantly impressed that it’s al-dente! This bowl of beef noodle is a match made in heaven especially with the flavourful broth! Can’t comment on the chicken in thick dry noodle because by the time I slurp up my own bowl, I can no longer eat anymore! The portion is fairly big, which is awesome cuz I really don’t like two strips of noodles in a big bowl of broth. I would come back most definitely!!

My wife and daughter wanted to eat noodles so we stopped here. Ordering can be done using QR code that takes you to an ordering website. You can customize your noodles and then pay with credit card. The noodles were good. My 8 year old daughter basically finished her small bowl. I ordered the beef tendon noodle and that was good too. Definitely worth trying and worth coming back.

Pretty decent Lanzhou beef noodle spot, feels a bit pricey but still decent. Perhaps spending years in China highered my standards when it comes to Lanzhou beef noodles. Overall satisfying, but the broth was not as tasty as I wished for, but something that a bit of chili paste can easily fix. We also had some lamb skewers, quite tasty but the meat felt a bit dry and dull in taste. Worth a visit if you're craving for Lanzhou beef noodles in SG.

Disappointed with their beef meat. Not the fresh real meat but the processed beef type and taste hard on many parts and not chewy at all. Cooked fresh beef is supposed to be chewy. I am a beef noodle lover and this really is low end of my scale. At this pricing, even ding tai feng beef noodles look more value for $ to me as dtf offer fresh beef meat versus this tongue tip Lanzhou beef noodles. I feedback to them about the meat and they present me a plate of beef which still don't improve my rating of their food

One of my favourite halal noodle spots in Singapore! I ordered the dry noodles and was surprised by how many varieties of side dishes came with it. Everything was flavourful, and you can really taste the difference in their handmade noodles, it’s perfectly chewy and delicious. Highly recommend giving this place a visit!
