Dining Experience @ Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights. . Ambience has a clean uncluttered layout that is compact and well-lit. The decor was simple, but the environment felt comfortable enough for a quick meal or a relaxed catch-up. Even during busier periods, the seating turnover seemed efficient. Expect short queues with a waiting time of about 15 minutes. . Service is prompt and straightforward. Staff politely greet guests, and the online ordering system is a breeze, with pictures and simple descriptions. Orders and requests are fulfilled quickly, and cleaning up is done fast. Overall functional and consistent service, no frills and transactional, but friendly and efficient. . Food is classic Chinese Fujian / Hokkien cuisine. Their popularity is due to a combination of familiar flavours and consistent execution, and the star ingredient is premium Iberico pork, which features in nearly all dishes. Portions are sized for sharing and communal group dining. Prices are accessible and affordable, budget about SGD $24 per person.

Review of Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights @ Changi Airport Jewel We first patronized Tun Xiang when they opened at Jewel, and it’s heartening to see that their reputation for hearty, home-style dishes still holds strong. Revisiting them at Changi Airport Jewel during the SG60 National Day celebration felt extra special. Their SG60 promotion—a 50% discount on Fried Hokkien Mee—was more than just a good deal. It turned our meal into a nostalgic celebration of Singapore’s food heritage. The Hokkien Mee itself was flavorful, well-balanced, and thoroughly satisfying, reminding us why this dish continues to be such a local favorite. Beyond the promotion, Tun Xiang continues to shine with a variety of signature dishes. I highly recommend trying: • Sweet and Sour Pork was beautifully executed — each piece was crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside, and impressively, the crispiness held up right until the end of the meal. The chef clearly understands how to balance the sauce, coating the pork just enough to enhance its flavor without compromising the crunchy texture. • Crispy Nanru Iberico Pork – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. • Baby Kailan with Iberico Pork – a comforting mix of greens and premium meat. • Crispy Nanru Chicken – golden, crispy skin with succulent meat inside. • Fish Maw & Pig Stomach Collagen Soup – nourishing and rich, perfect for sharing. • Hokkien Crispy Prawn Rolls – crunchy on the outside, flavorful within. Overall, Tun Xiang at Changi Airport Jewel offers not just good food, but also a dining experience that connects us to tradition and heritage. Whether you’re traveling or simply looking for a comforting meal, it’s definitely worth a stop.

Overall experience today was hilarious, highly disappointed, I placed at 14:09,, but by 14:42 I only received my teh peng despite I ordered two main dishes (Crayfish hokkien Noodles 虾婆福建面, iberico char siew 伊比利亚叉烧), I was patien,t, I even ordered a second cup of teh peng. However, my main dishes still weren't delivered, and I clarified with the staff twice, but still didn't receive them. When I received my dishes, the crayfish was clearly overcooked, and I could taste burn in it. If this happened during crowded days I can still understand but it was not crowded. Please 🙏 improve your staff SOP and effectiveness especially this outlet located at changi Jewel is near Singapore international airport which happens to be the best airport for years.

After passing by the shop last time, my daughter wanted to try the chili crab tofu with prawns. The wait was short (we were there around 1pm), and we were quickly seated. Seeing there was an offer for the pig trotters vinegar and sweet and sour pork, we added that to our order. I found the pig trotter vinegar delicious, followed by the sweet and sour pork, and lastly the chili crab tofu. My wife found the trotters too fatty, my son found the sweet and sour pork too sweet, so your mileage may vary too. But if you have kids, high chance that you will love the sweet and sour pork. Price is quite affordable and I found it cheaper than our usual places at Jewel.

Food was really delicious! We had seconds of the hokkien noodles and the dishes were cleaned out very fast. Sesame chicken could be better, lacking in sesame oil taste. Portions were decent but the noodles could be bigger
