You can see why the outlet’s review rating is low. When I pointed out that the rice portion was less than 75% full, there was zero flexibility or willingness to adjust. The supervisor simply said it was machine-dispensed and that nothing could be done. I was honestly shocked & could only laugh at this rigid working attitude. This experience alone was enough reason for me not to sign up for the membership!

the food portions was so big for a quite low price!! i was pleasantly shocked and surprised, and i didn’t have to eat much for the next meal!!! i would suggest the lunch special, as it is really quite worth it. and the food is also good, along with the service. just be prepared to wait a while if you go at the lunch time when the school students are dismissed.

Came at an hr when they were short-handed. 2 service staff and that was it. Wei Shan and Jennifer did mightily well! Kitchen staff were great too! Food was YUMZ and came quite quickly. In between servicing and desperately calling for back ups, customers were still taken care of. What's more to ask? 😆

Casual Japanese Dinning with great selections at a reasonable price. Highly disappointed when they served the Sukiyaki with “Stale” beef. Large part of the each slices of beef had already turned to dark brown dull color instead of the bright fresh Red of fresh beef. We requested for a change and the waiter turn us down. We then requested to see the manager. After accessing the dish, the manager agreed to change the dish for us. We were quite astounded that with their high turnover rate that this would happen. Overall not a present dinning experience.

This place is our go-to spot whenever we want japanese food. It’s not the best but a meal here will always leave us feeling satisfied and satiated. The watami salad is delightfully refreshing with their sesame sauce. The egg and tuna mayo adds another layer of creaminess and the prawns and crispy bits introduce different textures which further elevates the experience The crust on the wafu pizza is pleasantly thin and crispy. The teriyaki chicken and pork on it brings a savoury and sweet taste. The sprinkled nori and mentai mayo adds an extra umami and briny flavour. The hotpot, although not my favourite, was not stingy with ingredients with plenty of meat and vegetables The crab croquettes were crispy and overflowing with cream The grilled squid was nicely briny and paired well with the mayonnaise. (Although it might potentially be a little tough for people with weak teeth) The cod was nicely glazed but it was slightly fishy. The raindrop cake needed some kind of sweetness 🤧 The staff members are friendly and patient, and really accommodating! Forgot to ask for our desserts and they packed it for us to go
