Wok Hey is a great spot for fried rice — tasty and not too salty, and the Wudon is super nice. The Chinese lady staff is very friendly. The takeaway box is well-designed and makes it easy to eat the food.

First time ordered the brown rice version. It doesn't taste nice and it was kind of 'wet'. Worse that one of them was missing the grilled chicken which I had paid for it🙁 Better check before you leave.

I was looking at the menu and it took some time for the staff to take the order. There was not much crowd around but we still waited about 20min. There are 2 packs on the counter, so I asked if it was mine. Staff said to wait for number. The number printed on the pack was so small and hard to see. And the number was not announced when the pack was placed on counter. So had to check every pack on the counter just to make sure and staff was not helpful at all. Food is still ok. Rice is hot and chilli just the right level of spiciness 😀

I’ve placed multiple orders and consistently received less than what I paid for. The attached photo shows what I received after ordering egg fried rice with an extra sous vide egg and edamame. Where is the egg yolk? What’s pictured appears to be just the egg white—likely the same egg that should have been stir-fried into the rice. This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s happened repeatedly. When I’ve ordered two extra sous vide eggs, I receive only one. When I’ve ordered three, I receive only two. This consistent “minus one” pattern suggests a recurring issue that needs to be addressed.

Tldr fast fried food. Order with app, don't expect friendly service. Check the food number carefully against your ticket before self-collecting. Convenient ordering with app, including notifying you when your food is ready. But the food preparation does take some time, up to 30 minutes even with less crowd.
