Dear Ms. Allis, As a loyal Australian customer, I was disappointed with the quality of my recent Boost Juice order (Original Mango Magic) at your Changi airport T2 outlet. The drink's taste and color were noticeably off compared to the standard in Melbourne. The staff member indicated that their recipe uses only two small pieces of mango, which resulted in a product that tasted fundamentally wrong. Action Required: Immediate review of the standard recipe adherence and ingredient quantities at this location. Enhanced staff training focused on accurate product preparation and professional, non-defensive customer service. The current level of staff engagement and communication needs improvement to meet customer expectations. Singapore… has the hardware but lacking software. Please hire higher quality staff , these boost outlets are damaging the boost brand and standards .

Shop lights was all on, staff was inside, i was at the counter. For a good 5 mins I did not disturb him though he saw me. I didn't want to interrupt what he was doing. But after he stopped and walked past me, it's ask if possible to order he just use a hand sign to ask me to go and is closed. Very rude staff, unprofessional, when our eyes first met initially, he could have at least inform so we wouldnt stand there for nothing. Thanks for the boost in frustration only.

my mother bought “berry crush with chia seeds and immunity powder”. staff was walking around back and forth not listening to her and not paying attention. both was malay girls with a ponytail. staff paid my mother a extra $5.50 because she thought it was the “immunity juice” even though I mentioned healthy booster add on powders many times. when I confronted them, they giggle and laugh and said “ohh I’m sorry I thought you mean the juice sorry!!!” and didn’t act serious, or give a refund. very pissed at the staff, they didn’t take their job seriously at all.

Unfortunately, the service at Boost Juice Bar was extremely poor – slow, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all. On top of that, the prices felt quite high for what you get. The one saving grace was the smoothie itself, which actually tasted very good. So while the product was nice, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. Not sure I’d go back.
