I must compliment the muslim shop assistant who served me at about 9pm just. She is amazing, so pleasant so patient so genuine. Helped me reverse an order for me to apply my grab voucher. No judgement at all. No unpleasant look on her face, no resistence. I haven’t come across such kind of graciousness for a long long while! Thank you very much kakak. I didn’t say this because you helped me. I am grateful but I am impressed too.

Mark was on duty when I collected my cheesecake order. . Such a polite and knowledgeable young man. He gave good advice regarding the serving of the cheesecake. Thank you , Mark!

Staff is very patient, smile on all the time. I am partially deaf in one ear and she did not seem frustrated to repeat what she said. Place is very clean. The cakes - AWESOME. I am not a fan of cheesecake but this, this bought me over. My parents who are not fans of cheesecakes, liked them too. Bought 3 MSW, 2 Milo Dino and 1 Hazelnut.

I just want to share my experience. I ordered 3 cakes during their 1-1 promo last week. It was my mistake that I added a wrong collection date. I was there at the shop and they didn’t allow me to collect. I offered that I can wait till end of the day to come back and collect if you have balance of cakes not sold or customer who ordered but didn’t turn up to collect? The shop assistant said no. He added even if customer don’t turn up, they will return the cake to factory. Why so inflexible? I asked for a number to call HQ, he told me I can call but nobody will pick up. Even if I email, it will take time to get a reply. I will be stuck with 3 cakes next week when the celebration is over. Nothing I suggested works. They were just so rigid in their system. As a customer POV, you have cakes in the shop, you rather return the cakes to factory than to help.

10.10.23 My sis gave me a cake redemption voucher in Aug. I kept forgetting to redeem as the name of the cake shop didn’t really appeal to me as a Cake Specialist😂 Cat & The Fiddle So went for handset upgrading at J8 SingTel. So happen that the shop is just next to it. So I redeemed Lo. Surprisingly, the cheesecake is nice!! Out of the 6 different flavour, I took out the plain one (with biscuit crumbs on top). If the plain one is oredi nice, I assume that the rest is good too! Probably finishing up the rest the next few days..
