Dough Culture @ Tampines Mall
Previously the polite sis dunno where she went. This evening went to buy something the auntie who is malay without scarf was very impolite, ask you what you want then give you back the change by dropping on your hands without saying thank you. Where is your basic manner?? Before attending to me she was playing with another make staff. And also the food that I bought from Pasir Ris is cold but still crispy. This one I bought from Tampines Mall, cold not crispy like chewing rubber. Won't buy from it anymore👋
Been wanting to try the You Tiao rojak so I pick up a set from Tampines Mall. The sauce is packed separately from the you tiao. The box is still warm when I open up but it gave out a very strong oily smell. First bite already can tell it have been either over fry or they did not change the oil regularly or the you tiao is not fresh. I had been a fan of their you tiao but notice the taste and size is not the same as before… wonder if they change recipe?!
Being a Tampines resident visiting Dough Culture (Tampines Mall) the past 4 years … never fail to be impressed and served by the courteous, smiling and happy Chinese staff (in her forties with hoarsy voice). Definitely an asset to your team, keep on fighting in such challenging F&B environment
We are happy that it’s vegetarian! It’s the second time we buy foodie from there. My bf likes their veg porridge alot. Tasty! We feel that the staff are friendly. We are particularly impressed by the lady staff who offer great service (at least, she is not the attitude kind). Her customer service makes us feel happier buying the products. Awesome lady! 🥳🤩
Extremely horrible quality of food or fried food snacks. Their signature red bean snack has been severely compromised for quality of the ingredients. As seen from images, there's 30-50 % less red bean stuffing than it used to be. The bun is extremely chewy signalling that it has not been kneaded well enough. A true disappointment indeed to have patronized at Dough Culture. Do also note that their dough is not kneaded well enough and the end product becomes very chewy like a rubber. Prices have increased while quality of services and/or food items have massively plunged. There are better options available where local snacks and finger food are prepared wholesomely and with great flavor and quality.
