Nando's Tampines Mall

When you first enter you are greeted with a warm welcome and immediately seated. I went in the late afternoon so it wouldn't be crowded. Love the ambience of the place but it could do better I would say. BUT the food is really amazing compliments to the chef. I am DEFINITELY coming back every week 😂.

We had an early dinner & the staff were exemplary in their service. They were kind, friendly & even acquiesced to my request to lower the volume of the music in the place as my family & I were having difficulties chatting with each other. All in all, a very pleasant afternoon. Please keep up the good work guys 😁

We visited Nando's Tampines Mall outlet and experience great customer service from the staff and manager of the outlet. Chicken was tender and flavourful. Do refer to all the attached pictures. I would said the staff in this outlet was really awesome, not only patience, display great customer service experience and take note of little thing and request. We have a friend celebrating birthday and we informed the staff and got the 1 slice of complimentary cake and at the ssme times, we bought a halal cake for her too. Staff helped to sing birthday song that lift up whole place and thank you so much.

Staff or team has changed and I would say it’s more welcoming now and service is fast. I came in at 3-4pm and was greeted and seated fast . The girls on duty are very nice and warm🙂‍↔️ Food is amazing! Compared to last visit months ago

Had an amazing experience at Nando’s! The food was delicious as always — perfectly grilled chicken and great sides. A special shoutout to Zerina who was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Her service really stood out and made us feel very welcome. Definitely coming back again!
