I just ordered a take-away double cheeseburger, but I made a mistake and didn’t check it before taking it. This is unacceptable. The frenchfries tasted super oily and hard. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re going to close soon, but I’m disappointed that they gave me this. I can’t eat it and must throw it away.
This is an iconic location that stood against the test of time. Rather spacious seating area however can be much haste & wait during peak hours. Come at off peak hours and watch the flow of shoppers coming through this entrance. Friendly vibes. Meal is a deluxe platter set.
Dear fellow Singaporeans. Don't bother with their Mccrispy Chicken. Just stick to KFC. I ordered a few days ago and it tasted like it was cooked 1 day ago. Dry and hard. Hard pass. Disgusting.
A pretty decent sized McDonald's located at Tampines Mall lvl 1. The self order kiosk worked well and I received my order quick. 👍 The staffs there were also polite and friendly, while I was waiting for my order I saw one of the Guest Experience Leader providing great service offering to help customers all over the restaurant. The meal I received tasted good too, pretty standard 🍔🍟✨
The ice cream was poorly prepared, the chocolate coating was uneven and messy, and the ice cream itself appeared partially melted when served. It did not look fresh or properly handled, which was quite disappointing. I usually enjoy your ice cream for its presentation and taste, but this time the quality was below standard. I informed the staff about the condition of the chocolate, and the staff responded to us is like that???????
