Food was okayish, We ordered Soup set, waffle fries and 2 pasta. Everything was okayish. Cheesy crumble pasta was good. While creamy chicken pasta was average thereabout.. the sauce and pasta seemed a bit disjoint. Garlic bread was good. Minestrone soup could have been hotter. Overall average Italian, Quick service in a mall. Service not bad. Can go for quick meal !

There was this lady who came to me and my friend's table and she asked us if we would like to decorate cookies :) she was very nice and she interviewed us, the icing was really nice! I had a fun time decorating it

Came in around 6.20pm on 30 Sep 2025, was seated already but about 2mins later a staff told me to change seats to give way for a bigger group. I'm ok with it as i was alone so it doesn't matter to me. What surprised me was the staff bringing me a tiramisu afterwards for the "I slight inconvenience" (wasn't really an inconvenience at all). He then proceeded to inform me of the ingredients in case there was any allergy. I didn't manage to catch his name when I left as he was manning the cashier. I hope management can help to thank him for his awesome service, made my tiring work day better. I was seated at Table 12 in the end. Thumbs up!

Simple, no frill Italian dining location. Many options for good pasta. 8.0 out of 10. For rice lovers, you can go for their baked rice. 8.0 out of 10. Online order system. Not sure what happened as I could not submit my orders even after 3 tries. Demonstrated once with one of the staff as witness. In the end, I had to queue at the counter (POS machine) to place my order and pay for it.

I visited your outlet to purchase food for my child as a takeaway order. Unfortunately, the experience at the counter was very unpleasant. The counter staff rudely refused to take my order and questioned me by asking, “Where is your kid?” When I explained that it was a takeaway order, the staff member made an unpleasant facial expression before reluctantly proceeding. This incident occurred at around 8:50 PM. After taking my order, the staff immediately put the menu away and stated that no more orders would be accepted. However, your online information clearly shows the closing time as 10:00 PM, which made this situation even more confusing and disappointing. I understand that outlets may prepare to close earlier, but there is no justification for rude behavior or misleading operating hours. I expect better customer service and clearer communication. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure customers are treated respectfully.
