It is a takeaway counter but this is better than the outlet @Causeway Point. The items were fresh! Ingredients used tasted fresh.

Ordered from grab for two times but didnt get the order. Called them and no answered at all!

It's Halal and Tasty. I ordered the Tamaki, Premium Inari and Kimbap. My favourite is Premium Inari because of the Tofu Skin. I ordered during the night time. My opinion for travel. I wish I could explore in IMM Mall but I felt like losing direction. Westgate to the IMM Mall. I lost track. I felt like I lost interest in going to the path. I wish they would give me an encouragement to keep going to the Path to IMM Mall.

Just bought 2 boxes of egg sushi. Ask for extra sauce. As 1 pack is not enough. I politely ask for extra pack, auntie raised her voice and said "NO!". Not the first time. This old auntie is very rude. Has patronised the stall for few years. Auntie still never change her attitude. Management pls look this working attitude of this staff of yours.

I called IMM outlet 5 times to cancel order to due last minute emergency (5 minutes after I placed the order). No one picked up my call. Even calling other outlets in hopes they can assist to get through them - the staff can't even help because "it's not their branch". I've checked reviews from other customers they also experienced similar cases. Are your phones even working??
