doesn’t happen everytime - but my grab order today was done badly. Over-fried popcorn chicken that was so tough and dry, even the satay sticks provided couldn’t poke through the popcorn chicken :(
Posting it here to reach out to the shop… I order bento set today with sides of mushroom, when I collected it I didn’t see the mushroom. I ask the guy and he told me the mushroom is inside. Came back home and opened it, mushroom is not inside. How ah?
There is a female staff in this store who has a very bad attitude and speaks in a very mean and annoying tone when she serves customers. Can we ask her not to serve customers? She complained to her colleagues about customers, rolled her eyes, we buying chicken cutlets was like monkeys in a zoo.
I got the sparkling grape and added grape pearl. The drink was served was very fast and the staff also offered to help me throw the straw wrapper when I was taking it out. I will definitely come back !
Bought over a dozen times from this outlet. Staff is very busy during lunch time but makes the effort to attend and serve. Drink taste is very consistent and one of my go to milk teas in the area. Keep it up!
