ordered a bbq pockett meal but the chicken inside was pathetically small (1/4 of the size compared to the chicken in the menu lmao) there was no crunch it looked like their non spicy chicken?? where’s the spicy crunchy skin?? and the little sprinkle of veg 😶 im so confused but it was sooo disappointing lol don’t recommend at all 😡

unpleasant experience at junction 8 kfc i could not find the order selection on the self service kiosk so decided to approach the counter there was a queue at that moment so i waited in the queue. the service staff at the counter did not even acknowledge people in the queue at all and kept preparing other orders. a lady before me left and so i decided to ask the staff if we could order here but he completely ignored so i continued waiting. while he cleared orders, I asked again but was ignored once again. I asked one final time if orders can be done at the counter and he continued ignoring. so i decided to leave after spending an unpleasantly long time waiting. staff at the counter at that point was YUDHI. I am not sure if this is the standards of a fast food chain and is this the customer service that should be provided. Not only did you have unhappy customers but its business lost because customers were not attended to.

We went to kfc around 2.55 and placed order. They took more than 40 minutes js for a rice bowl and tenders. It took so long and we were hungry. It was very annoying and a long time. People who ordered after us hit their orders first. It feels unfair

The food here is good, but the order pickup system needs serious improvement. The monitor is too far from the seating area, and it’s difficult to hear order numbers being called. As a result, orders often sit at the counter too long and become cold, which is below KFC’s usual standards. This setup also affects the outlet’s KPI because customers keep missing their orders. Adjusting the monitor placement or improving announcement volume would greatly help. I have spoken to one of the employees Jimmy about this.
