You may not get what you want. The taro tastes like BUTTER COOKIES OF ALL THINGS WHY (this has been verified by 5 of my friends [yes i have friends]) One of my friends said it tasted sharp. I’m not even kidding 😭😭 Service was okay, thank you to the staff but the drink is like rlly bad 😭 Also what that colour?! 6.7/33
Very slow and inexperienced staff. Waited almost 15 mins for my drink where there is only 1 customer ahead of me
I love the drink, I bought the students deal and it was nice although the waiting time was about 10 min as they seemed short staffed.
One of the worst experiences. Reached before 6 and wanted to get student offer (which i knew ends 6pm) However, NOBODY ATTENDED TO ME until after 6pm, and they declined to serve me the drink at the normal price (more expensive) !
The manager auntie with spex who recently moved to Bishan branch is very nice and explains the drinks when I ask. Since menu always keep changing. SHE deserves 5 stars！ But this review is 3 stars because of ROYAL TEA GROUP HEAD OFFICE HAS DAMN BAD ATTITUDE when you email them with any enquiries! Useless office people shame on them.
