McDonald's Bishan Junction 8

On January 2, 2026, at 19:56 pm, I visited the ice cream counter at Bishan Junction 8. To my surprise, there were no staff members in sight. Out of curiosity, I walked into the counter and found two staff members standing inside. I approached one of them, who was wearing a grey shirt and had golden blonde hair, and asked if the outside ice cream was available. He shook his head and gave a clear "no" sign without uttering a word. I asked again, and he responded with the same headshake, his eyes filled with anger. I was taken aback by his behavior. As I walked away, I noticed an elderly lady staff member entering the ice cream counter. It made me wonder why the establishment would hire staff who lack basic customer service skills and kindness. The CCTV footage would reveal the staff member's unacceptable behavior.

First of all, the ice cream I received is clearly not the same as the one shown in the commercial picture. I don’t expect a full cup, but giving only half a cup is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering I paid $4.20. At most, I should be paying $2.10 for this amount. I strongly urge you to increase the portion of ice cream given to customers who order a McFlurry. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a McFlurry at the Bishan Junction 8 McDonald’s, as the portion size is extremely disappointing.

It was meh, waited half an hour for my food. My daughter was getting hungry, it was the only reason I choose mcd. When I asked the status of the order, all the staff could tell me was that soo much order. Like hello, would it be so hard just to take a glance at my order number and let me know how far my order is?

I ordered a beef burger, but was given a chicken burger for takeaway and only noticed after getting home. It was inconvenient to go back, so I hope staff can be more careful with order accuracy in the future.

This outlet with super slow service. screen showing ready order but item not out until Asked staff but was told order still preparing.but i saw they missed out my order.And this staff also very rude and scold customer when request do another ice cream.Really bad service 🙂‍↔️
