Seoul Garden HOTPOT & CAFE IMM
Seoul Garden Hotpot is a solid option for Korean comfort food in a casual mall setting. The dolsot bibimbap is well done, served hot with good texture and flavour, and the free-flow kimchi and namul are a nice touch that really complements the meal One area that could be improved is the counter service. During my visit, an elderly couple spent about five minutes at the counter doing a ball-type lucky draw, which slowed things down for others waiting to pay
Wasn't impressed by the environment as it looks rather 'empty' but the food were fantastic. The taste fits our tastebuds and I couldnt help but order a 2nd round of tteokbokki (with a full tummy). We love the waffle ice cream dessert as well! Waffle was crunchy and nice. Both Shahrima and Connie are very helpful and friendly - good service in helping us top up the kimchi soup that was too thick with hot water We will be back to try more of the dishes and dessert
One of the best Seoul Garden Hotpot. They have different varieties of drinks and dessert. Exclusively at IMM branch only. Their garlic fried chicken wings is one of the best so far. Their spicy squid is on the dot - not overcooked. Only branch with self serve kimchi, lotus root and radish salad.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Seoul Garden (IMM) thanks to the manager, Winnie! She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and enthusiastic, which really made our meal so much more enjoyable. Her positive energy and attentiveness made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate and genuine in service these days. Thank you, Winnie, for making our visit such a pleasant one — we’ll definitely be back!
This is NOT the buffet. Please check the concept before you dine in. Seoul Garden Hotpot used to be next to Subway before they move over next to Andes, opposite Breadtalk. Everyone comes here for the nice and comforting hotpot, bulgogi grill or ginseng chicken (my dad). We mostly alternate visits to Clementi Mall, IMM and Jurong Point before Clementi changed concept to BBQ, and Jurong Point become yet another Hunan cuisine (iykyk) The ginseng chicken is comparable to Ajumma, who has since reduced the ginseng from a nice stem size, to a small piece and now almost non-existent 😅. Heck, there's even a senior discount that is literally calling out for my dad to visit more often. For the hotpot, my brother nearly died at level 2 while I stuck to my coward tolerance of level 1 or nil. Luckily the new Jeongol Salmon has a non spicy version for a weakling like me.
